Wellness in Infrastructure: 2024 Year in Review
As we approach the end of the year, we at Wellness in Infrastructure are excited to celebrate the milestones we’ve achieved throughout 2024! This year has been a remarkable journey of growth and evolution for our company. Our expanded partnerships and collaborative efforts within the industry have been instrumental in driving our mission forward — to improve the mental health and wellbeing of those within the infrastructure construction sector.
Acknowledging Foundational Donor Support

Your financial support and genuine backing of our mission has been instrumental in advancing our work and enabling us to achieve our goals.
Recognising Our Volunteers
A heartfelt thank you to our passionate and dedicated volunteers, whose time and effort have been vital to our success this year. Your contributions inspire us to forge ahead and achieve as many positive changes for the industry as possible.
Emily Trevaskis (from Alchimie) has done an exemplary job leading our National Working Group of volunteers and has been supported by the amazing Andrea Sargent (from CPB) who is our Deputy Chair of the National Working Group. These two women are incredible change makers and inspirational leaders. We are so lucky to have them on our team and can’t wait to see all that they achieve in 2025.
Special thanks to the leaders of our sub- working groups, where the real magic happens: Ellen Connor (from FSC Group) and Will Phillips (from BMD).
A huge shout-out also needs to go to Sal Al Mulla (from Laing O’Rourke) for leading our Executive Advisory Committee and our newly appointed Deputy Chair of the EAC, Nicole Neal (from McConnell Dowell). The EAC has been undergoing a large transformation this year and we are excited to see its new look priorities and goals for 2025, as it will be an instrumental group to our success.

Wellness in Infrastructure’s mission is to actively bring together the infrastructure construction industry and facilitate the open sharing of ideas.
